FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to bring my own step board?
No. Step boards are provided for in-class use. If you already own one and prefer to bring it, select the “Bring Your Own Step Board” option during registration.
Are the OnTheBEAT classes beginner-friendly?
OnTheBEAT classes are structured for intermediate to advanced movers, but motivated beginners can catch on with practice. We recommend starting with our Step By Step Class (Beginner-friendly) on Saturday mornings if you’re new.
What is the 6-week program cycle?
The OnTheBEAT program is currently running in 6-week cycles. Passes must be used within that cycle and do not roll over. Each cycle progresses in rhythm, endurance, and coordination.
Can I book single classes?
Yes — but only as a one-time trial. Single classes are limited to 1 per person per cycle. After that, you’ll need a pass to continue.
Can I get a refund or transfer my pass?
All sales are final. Passes cannot be refunded or transferred. This ensures fairness and consistency across the program.
What should I bring to class?
Comfortable workout clothes, clean indoor shoes, and water. A towel is optional but recommended.
Are classes high impact?
OnTheBEAT is a low to high-impact, joint-friendly step class that still provides excellent cardio conditioning. Movements can be modified to suit your comfort level.
Do you offer private or corporate classes?
Yes. Private, group, and corporate bookings are available. Contact us to customize a session for your team or event.
Can beginners join the OnTheBEAT program directly?
They can — but it may feel challenging at first. We highly recommend attending the Step By Step Class to build foundational skills.
Do you offer online or at-home training?
Yes. Our Digital Subscription gives you access to pre-recorded routines, beginner tutorials, combos, and follow-along sessions.
